We thought it would be a nice idea to let visitors to our gite record their comments about their stay with us on the French Holidays Aude blog.For the less computer savvy or for those who simply don't like to spend their lives sitting on a computer I am happy to provide the facility of adding the comments to the text as recorded in our hard copy.

Beautifully presented, beautifully located. Quick easy drive from Carcassonne, near enough to shops & restaurants, but still so perfectly private!!
We shall definately be returning!
Le Moulin at Issel is a definite recommendation from me. It is a wonderful place to stay in a stunning location and easily accessible from Carcassonne. It feels secluded but not isolated. The gite is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect stay (even a DVD player for those not so perfect weather days). The tranquility was wonderful.

Beautiful Gite in a beautiful location. The Gite was very pretty, absolutly spotless and very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone and hope to return there myself someday.
